Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted.

We aim to ship your order within 48 hours (from time of order, excluding weekends and bank holidays). There may be a delay of 1 working day during peak periods. Any further delays will be communicated with you.

Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot currently amend/cancel any orders after they have been placed (we just work that fast). If you decide you would like to return or refund an item, please read our Returns and Refund Policy. 

Return & Exchange Policy



You are our number one priority and more importantly your satisfaction is what means the most to us.


If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us in 14 days of delivery for a replacement. 



We all change our mind sometimes and that's ok.


Our refund policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, contact us with proof of purchase and your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them in. 


We advise using a trackable shipping method as Silky Mynx cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
